Overcoming Challenges to Ensure Delivery! Hengcheng (Henan) Intelligent Equipment Completes Full Simulated Working Condition Debugging of Special Cleanroom Lifting Equipment

Recently, the company's production department successfully completed the delivery of a set of cleanroom-specific lifting equipment to a new energy manufacturing client in Finland. The full-process debugging of the accompanying simulated working conditions was carried out. This debugging relied on the construction of a simulation test platform using self-made steel structure simulation crane main beams, fully replicating the on-site installation and operational extreme conditions of the project, thereby laying a solid quality foundation for the batch production and on-site deployment of the equipment.  
This debugging session focuses on conducting specialized verification for the core pain points of cleanroom scenarios. Traditional lifting equipment, when equipped with cleanroom protection, suffers from limited space and constrained installation clearance beneath the main beam, leading to common issues such as interference, poor motor heat dissipation, and walking hesitation in conventional modes. The technical team independently constructed an H-shaped steel simulation gantry at an equivalent scale, accurately replicating on-site conditions like main beam hoisting, rail limiting, and height differences. The entire set of air conditioning units, walking drive mechanisms, stainless steel integrated enclosures, and frequency converter drive motors were fully hoisted onto the simulated rail, achieving a 1:1 reconstruction of the on-site assembly layout

During the debugging phase, the staff completed multi-dimensional performance testing step by step: firstly, mechanical walking tests were carried out to control the synchronous start stop and reciprocating movement of the driving motors on both sides, monitor the fit between the walking wheels and the track throughout the process, verify the reliability of the braking limit and anti offset structure operation, reverse test the start stop impact and low-speed stability, and eliminate the hidden dangers of walking vibration and unsynchronization; Next, conduct interference checks on the assembly of the entire machine, simulate extreme driving conditions of up and down, left and right deviation, check the safety clearances between the air conditioning box, pipelines, motors, aluminum alloy track main beams, and columns, optimize pipeline routing and fixed support structures, and completely avoid the risk of scratches during operation in narrow spaces.

The electrical system synchronously carries out continuous live commissioning, with complete control cables and wiring control cabinets installed on site. It simulates uninterrupted operation for 12 hours with continuous power on, collects real-time motor current, temperature control module, and signal transmission data, tests the start stop logic of the cooling and heat dissipation system in high and low temperature simulation environments, verifies overload protection, fault alarm, and remote signal transmission functions, and repeatedly optimizes cable layout and wiring tightness to improve the long-term operational stability of the equipment. 
The head of the technical department introduced that this bench simulation debugging can expose potential problems in the entire chain of assembly, clean protection, mechanical, electrical, and heat dissipation in advance without rushing to the project site. Structural rectification, program optimization, and component fine-tuning can be completed before leaving the factory, greatly reducing the on-site installation rework rate.
This clean lifting equipment adopts lightweight aluminum alloy main material, stainless steel integrated box body, and compact side drive layout, perfectly adapting to the extremely small installation clearance below the factory crane beam. It has the characteristics of dust prevention, earthquake resistance, and continuous operation, and is widely suitable for space limited crane renovation and new construction projects such as steel structure factories, storage cranes, metallurgical workshops, etc. "
At present, all debugging indicators of the whole machine have reached the standard, with smooth mechanical movement, precise electrical control, stable heat dissipation and cooling conditions, and successfully passed the full performance acceptance before leaving the factory. Next, start the C1 certification of the entire machine and finally proceed with packaging. The production team will complete standardized assembly of finished products based on the optimized debugging plan, orderly promote order scheduling and delivery, and ensure the quality of clean lifting equipment with strict pre debugging processes.
